Grandma visited us this past week! It was so nice to see her and just spend some great quality time with her! Our visit was wonderful - but too short! Thankfully the weather was BEAUTIFUL and we were able to be outside and work on our garden! It was so nice, that even I planted some flowers and herbs! Kaileigh lounged outside with her sunhat and toys while all of us worked around her. Our little lady really loves it outside! We were also, finally, able to find some teeny-tiny bathing suits for Kaileigh! They are so SUPER cute and will be used a lot since summer down here is excruciatingly hot and lasts forever! Kaileigh loved spending time with her Grandma and is gearing up for our big visit home in 3 weeks!! It is going to be wonderful for her to meet her big family up in Massachusetts - so many people that love her! We are all very very very excited! Thank you Grandma, for a wonderful visit! We love and miss you already!
Kaileigh's new strawberry outfit and sunhat!
Grandma and Kaileigh after a long, hot day of gardening!
Kaileigh's cabana set up in the front yard! She loved it!
This weekend, Aimee and Brenna headed down from Southwick/Boston for a quick visit! It was their first time meeting Kaileigh - and I think they are a bit attached! It was a very mellow weekend, basically filled with playing with Kaileigh, eating, watching princess movies, and more eating! It was SO nice to see two of my bestest friends - made me realize how much I really do miss them. :( It won't be too long till we see them again, we will be home May 16-24!! (Thank you Chera and Eric!) The trip was wonderful and, as always, too short! Love and miss you ladies... ALWAYS! Thanks for EVERYTHING!
Aimee, Brenna, and Kaileigh - BFFs
Brenna and her lil' peanut! ("Don't poop on me!")
Finally, Aimee found someone smaller than her! (And, Kaileigh DID poop on her!)
Happy Easter everyone! We hope you all had a wonderful day. We went out to lunch with our friends, Nicole, Eric, Gabe, and Madelyn! It was a great day - the best part was dressing little Kaileigh! She looked so cute in her Osh-Kosh-BGosh jean overall dress and her little shoes (worn for the first time today!) This big Easter bunny was a gift from Great-Grandma-Gabby! It is just as big as her!! Kaileigh used it as a leaning tool, as she is still working on sitting up straight!
Nik and his little lady... all dressed in their Easter best!
Kaileigh and Mommy.... no wonder my back hurts!... look how I stand!
If there was ever a question of who she looked like... I think here is your answer! Twins!
And here is a great big smile to send you off! Thanks for blogging with us!! Muah!
